Also known as the 'Urn' plant, these plants have leathery arched leaves in blotched silver and green that overlap into a rosette forming a watertight "vase" or "urn". Easy to care for, they make excellent houseplants when you're looking for something tropical

Growth habit: Epiphytic
Water: Ensure the axel of the bromeliad is always holding some water. Do not water the substrate, this is purely for anchorage and doing so will quickly rot the plant.
Light: Bright indirect light.
Humidity: 60-80%
Please note we cannot guarantee the plant will still be in flower upon arrival. Once Bromeliads flower, they will eventually die (this can take up to 2 years) but will produce several pups to continue the cycle.

That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for.
Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
All our plants are stores and/or grown in our nursery under LED lighting so they are in active growth when arriving with you.
The conditions in our nursery are a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C year round.
