How does the subscription work?
Each box contains one exceptional rare plant, or occasionally two smaller but equally unusual plants, chosen for you. No repeats.
Boxes ship at the end of each month. Your first box is charged when you subscribe, and future payments are taken on the same date each month. Discount codes apply to the first box only.
You can change your delivery frequency, skip a month, or cancel after three deliveries from your account.
Shipping and delivery
Every box ships with tracked, express delivery so your plant spends as little time in transit as possible.
In the colder months we add heat packs and thermal insulation where needed to keep plants safe on the way to you.
Plant pot sizing
Plants arrive in their plastic nursery pot unless otherwise stated, and pot sizes can vary by a centimetre or so.
We recommend sizing up your decorative pot by 1 to 2cm. For a 12cm plant, choose a 14cm decorative pot so it fits comfortably.
Plant quality and care
Every plant is inspected by hand before it ships. Plants are living things and may differ slightly from any photos, and small leaf imperfections can be present.
Before dispatch, plants are kept under LED lighting at a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C, so they are in active growth when they reach you. Some plants, such as Begonia, can show slight leaf melt after shipping. This is normal and settles quickly.
