Well package and a lovely plant

I've bought several times from Grow Tropicals with no complaints. My latest two plants arrived nice and healthy, and exactly as described. Delivery took a little longer due to the heatwave and I was kept informed throughout (appreciate plants not being sent when conditions could cause them harm). Packaging is the best of any of the online plant sellers I use and have never had a plant damaged in transit.

Brilliant packaging it’s wrapped so well everything is wrapped in cardboard tube and the pots them selves have a bag wrapped around it to hold the dirt in plus the pot is secured by tape to the cardboard tube . Intern the box is filled with airbags to make sure everything is secured in place .

Came really well packaged. Was surprised at how large the banana plant was, considering the very reasonable price. Plant doing very well. Would definitely use again.

Plants arrived in excellent condition. When repotting, I saw multiple cuttings in a single plant so it feels like I've bought lots of baby plants that'll grow up together!!

I've had a few plants from Growtropicals, all have been in great shape, well packed, I don't think I'll bother getting my houseplants from any other supplier
