Reviews from Our Customers

Great company. Great selection. Great quality. Great customer care. Nuff said :)

Love ordering from grow tropical fast dispatch well packaged

This is my second order with Grow Tropicals and they do not disappoint! Completely healthy plants, perfectly protected and the heat pack was still warm 2 days later! Completely obsessed with this site and will be back!

Very impressed with my first order. Plants arrived within 24 hours from ordering. The packaging is the best I have ever received from an online nursery, there was literally not a drop of soil in the box and the plants were in perfect condition.
I was more than pleased with the size and quality of the plants. The alocasias are gorgeous and the Arachniodes simplicior Variegata ferns are larger and more impressive than expected. I’d been hunting for these ferns for ages but so many nurseries were selling plug size plants for silly money.
I look forward to purchasing more tropicals in the future, Thank you Growtropicals.

Service excellent, prices great and all plants arrived healthy and very well protected

Great price at 4 for £30. Plants super well packed and in outstanding condition and good size.

I fall in love in my new philodendron brandtianum from Growtropicals.

First time buying from this company and I will be doing so again.
Plants have arrived safe and sound. Such professional packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Highly recommend.

I’ve placed a few orders with grow tropicals now and I’m honestly really impressed! The plants are always in perfect health, the packaging is really secure and even when I have had an issue with an order, the customer service is so quick and helpful. I’ll definitely keep putting my orders in! It’s not often that you find a company putting so much effort into all areas

Absolutely amazing quality plants well happy with them!
All arrive packed to the highest of standards to ensure they all arrived in perfect condition!
Will definitely be buying more plants in the future 😁

All plants arrived securely packaged (I ordered a total of 6 plants of 4 different species) and in very healthy condition.
All plants were significantly more developed/growth than I anticipated which is a real bonus.
Would recommend and will be purchasing from these guys again.

After royal mail failed to deliver due to there lies, order arrived the following day. As always great plants. Communication regarding delivery was spot on
Again id recommend anyone to purchase from grow tropicals

Have had a few indoor plants before without much success but thought I would have another go, rather glad I did.
A truly beautiful plant delivered well packaged and in very good condition, was bigger than I thought but that was a plus,
Don't be surprised if I come back again !

Received my wonderful plants soon after ordering - in great, secure packaging and in super condition. The plants were high quality and even bigger and more established than I had expected. Communication throughout the ordering and delivery process was great - I’ll definitely be back for more! Thank you

I ordered a second trailing air plant for my bathroom and was really amazed to be informed that I had been selected to have my plant for free. I’m really happy with both air plants and will definitely order from grow tropicals again

Thank you

Dead easy, super simple and well packaged. I'm new to keeping indoor houseplants and keen to learn. The breakdown per plant is super useful and gives me info to work from while preparing for the plant to come home
