What does "Live Arrival Guarantee" actually mean? It means we will guarantee your new plant will arrive healthy and its first 7 days in your home. We expertly pack every order to ensure your plants arrive safely, but if your plant fails to survive its first week with you, we’ve got you covered.
What to Expect Upon Arrival: Plants are living things, and it is completely normal for them to show minor signs of transit stress or cosmetic blemishes after travelling. Your plant may just need a little time to acclimate to its new environment before it starts putting out new growth.
Why 7-days? We can control how your plant is nurtured in our warehouse and greenhouse, how meticulously it is packed, and how it is shipped. Seven days is the window needed to prove the plant survived the journey, arrived to you healthy, and it's the time when cold damage, especially, will start to become apparent. After that first week, the plant's survival becomes entirely dependent on its new environment, things like your home's unique lighting, humidity, temperature, and watering routines, which are simply out of our hands.
Keeping Your Guarantee Valid: Because plants need time to recover from shipping, please do not repot your plant right away. Repotting causes severe shock to a plant that has just travelled, and doing so within the first 7 days will void this guarantee. We also cannot process refunds after the 7-day window, as we cannot monitor the plant's long-term care or environment once it settles in.

Our Promise to You: If your plant shows significant issues within the first 7 days, we will collect it at our cost (if necessary) and issue an immediate and full refund. (Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account).
