Shipping policy
All plants are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week via our trusted courier partners. Upon order confirmation, orders containing plants will be packaged and sent out within the specified timeframes dependent upon the shipping method chosen. All shipping options ship with a 24 hour service to minimise transit time. If you enter your phone number during the order process, you will be provided with tracking information and a delivery slot.
Plants are shipped with plant passport for legal travel across the UK. All plants are inspected before shipping and if any damage has occurred or the plant is no longer as described, we will notify you.
All plants are sold fully rooted unless otherwise stated. We pack the plants with the utmost case, however if there is unreasonable damage to the plant on arrival, please contact us at orders@growtropicals.com and we will aim to resolve the issue.
We advise that you do not repot or cut the plant for at least 2 weeks, preferably 4 weeks, from the time of arrival. These plants can be sensitive to environmental changes. When the plant arrives we suggest keeping it in high humidity and ensuring the soil is moist for at least 4-5 days.
