Can I choose a delivery day or time slot?

Not at checkout. The closest thing is Express, which is next day delivery when you order before 1pm, and Saturday delivery, which is available as a shipping option. We cannot request a specific time of day from the courier.

If you need your plants to arrive on or after a particular date, email hello@growtropicals.com with your order number as soon as you have ordered and we will hold your order for up to 7 days and ship it on the date you choose.

Add your mobile number at checkout and the courier will text you a delivery window on the morning of delivery. From that message you can change the day, redirect to a pickup shop or nominate a safe place.
