Schismatoglottis is a genus of small to medium aroids, closely related to Homalomena and Aglaonema, grown almost entirely for their foliage. Many have gorgeous silver or grey markings, as seen in Schismatoglottis sp. Silver Borneo. They stay compact and clumping, and their tolerance of lower light makes them useful for shadier positions where showier plants would struggle.
