Description
From flask to first pot. X-Vitro is a plantlet wash with added nutrients, designed to support tissue culture plants through the critical transition from sterile culture to their first pot.
Leaving sterile culture means adapting to a new environment. Lower humidity can dry out delicate leaves, clinging agar needs gentle removal, roots must adjust to a new medium, and outside the flask plantlets encounter microbes for the first time. X-Vitro is formulated to make that transition as smooth as possible.
What it does
- Agar removal with bacterial and fungal suppression - helps wash away residual culture gel before potting.
- Supports the next stage - supplies nutrients as plantlets begin the transition from culture medium to their first pot.
- No measuring needed - one pre-measured sachet makes 1 litre. Just add water.
How to use
- Mix - add one sachet to 1 litre of water.
- Wash - gently remove remaining agar as directed.
- Pot - pot into an airy medium and acclimate gradually.
Start with high humidity, then reduce gradually. One litre treats approximately 5 to 10 plantlets, depending on the volume used per plantlet.
