Anthurium ‘Triple X’ is rare cultivar or hybrid of A. papillilaminum from Indonesia but with more exaggerated veining, deep coloration,and faster growth under good conditions. It's similar but distinct from the more common X-one cultivar. As with many papillilaminum types, leaves have dark velvety/dull sheen texture, reddish undersides and very dark contrast. 

Native to:
This cultivar is from Indonesia, but its genetic background comes from Anthurium papillilaminum which is native to tropical Central America (Panama, etc.). The natural climate for related species is shady, humid understorey of tropical forest, fairly stable warmth.

Water:
‘Triple X’ will want soil that stays moist but never waterlogged. Water thoroughly when the top portion (approximately one third) of the medium starts to dry. Use a chunky, airy mix (bark, perlite, maybe some fine sphagnum or coco coir) so roots have good aeration. Avoid letting water sit around the roots for long periods.

Light:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. Filtered sunlight (through canopy or shade cloth) is probably its preference. Direct sun, especially strong midday or afternoon rays, likely damages leaves or fades coloration. If light is too low, contrast in veins or colour will suffer, and leaves may stretch or lose intensity.

Humidity:
High humidity helps greatly. Aim for something like 70‑80 %. Indonesian environment is often very humid, so this cultivar will probably show best colour and foliage health with high ambient moisture. If humidity is much lower indoors, expect brown leaf tips or reduction in aesthetic traits. A humidifier, frequent misting, placing near water sources, grouping other plants, or using humidity trays will help.

Temperature:
Warm stable temperatures are best. Probably in the region of 18‑28 °C during the day, maybe not dropping below 15‑16 °C at night. Avoid cold drafts, air conditioning blasts, or chilly windows. The plant likely does not tolerate cold well.
