What happens if something in my order is out of stock when it's packed?

Stock is live on the site, so this is rare. If a plant is not up to standard on the day, or has sold out before your order is picked, we will email you before anything ships. You can choose a replacement of the same value, wait for a restock, or have that item refunded. We never send a substitute you have not agreed to.
