How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription box?

Log in to your account and open Subscriptions. From there you can skip the next box, change the delivery frequency or update your address and payment card. You can cancel after your third delivery from the same page.

Your first box is charged when you subscribe and later boxes on the same date each month. Boxes ship at the end of each month. If you cannot see the option you need, email hello@growtropicals.com and we will do it for you.
