Warehouse Assistant - April 2024

Are you looking for a hands-on role where your organisational skills can shine? Do you have an affinity for houseplants and the desire to ensure top-notch quality? If yes, GrowTropicals in Leeds is seeking someone like you!

We need a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our operations team, someone who thrives on ensuring that our plants and products are expertly prepared and delivered with care and efficiency. This job you will be directly working with one of the largest range of indoor houseplants in the UK.

Your Role

  • Vigilantly monitor the quality of plants before packing.

  • Champion operational efficiencies and maintain high standards.

  • Precision in dispatching customer orders, staying true to deadlines.

  • Work collaboratively to propel production forward.

Who You Are

    • Exceptionally organised, practical, and productivity-focused.

    • A keen eye for detail

    • Eager to learn, resilient and reliable

    • While a love for plants and horticulture is a plus, it isn't a requirement

    • Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn just as much.

    Job Type: Part Time

    Hours: Monday - Wednesday (8:30am-4:30pm) with potential to extend.

    Start Date: 1st May 2024
