Why Airflow Matters

Airflow is not just about cooling. Good circulation refreshes the CO2 around the leaves which fuels growth. It also helps regulate humidity pockets to prevent mould or rot and strengthens the plant structure from seedling to harvest.

How to Set Up

Clip Securely: Use the heavy-duty clip to attach the fan to a tent pole, roughly 15-30cm above your canopy.
Direct the Flow: Adjust the head to tilt or rotate. You want the air moving around the leaves, not blasting them directly at close range.
Choose Your Mode: Select from 10 different airflow speeds or switch to Natural Wind mode.
Engage Oscillation: Turn on the oscillation to ensure the breeze reaches every corner of the tent.

Pro-Tip: Avoid Windburn While airflow is good, a direct hurricane is not! If you see leaves "clawing" or getting crispy edges, the fan might be too close. We recommend using two fans at lower speeds (one high, one low) to create a gentle, circulating vortex rather than one fan on full blast.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of undamaged plants as these are perishable items and are not saleable upon return. If a plant is damaged, we will compensate for this as per our live arrival guarantee.
When placing your order, you can choose from three dispatch speeds to suit your needs: Economy (prepared and shipped within 4-5 days), Standard (3-5 days), or Express (dispatched the very next day). Please keep in mind that "dispatch" refers to the time it takes our team to prepare and pack your items before handing them over to the courier, not the total delivery time.

Additionally, to protect the health and quality of our live plants, orders containing plants are exclusively shipped Monday through Thursday. This careful scheduling prevents your plants from being stuck in a dark shipping depot over the weekend, ensuring they arrive at your door vibrant and healthy.
