If you are growing in coco coir, coco husk, or chunky Aroid mixes, you know it requires a specific kind of love. Shogun Samurai Coco is a 2-part nutrient formulation that is literally light years ahead of the competition.
This isn't just a standard A&B mix. It uses high-grade nutrient ingredients mixed perfectly to maximise performance in coir substrates, but the real magic lies in the additive technologies inside the bottle. It features two revolutionary ingredients—SmartZen® and AquaZen®—that make it simply without equal in all other coco nutrients.
AquaZen® Slow Water Technology: One of the biggest issues with coco husk and chunky mixes is water running straight through the pot without wetting the roots properly. AquaZen is a unique enhancement developed specifically for coco media that slows the progress of your nutrient solution through the substrate.
Better Saturation: By slowing the flow, AquaZen ensures massively enhanced water distribution and superior media wetting capability. This leads to enhanced root development and less waste, ensuring your chunky mix actually absorbs the feed rather than letting it drain away instantly.
SmartZen® Yield Maximiser: This proprietary ingredient drastically improves plant performance. It maximises nutrient uptake and transport and has been proven in field trials to increase yields by up to 8% above standard NPK formulas.
Complete Cycle Feed: Samurai Coco is designed to support all stages of growth, providing balanced high-grade nutrition throughout both vegetative and flowering cycles.
Root Feed: Add 2-4ml per litre of Part A and the same amount of Part B to your nutrient reservoir or watering can.
Target EC: Aim for an EC between 1.0 and 2.5 depending on your plant's stage of growth.
The Run-Off Rule: Coir and husk-based media require approximately 20-40% DRAIN (run-off) each day. This flushes out old salts and keeps the nutrients around the roots within acceptable concentrations.

We pride ourselves on the love and care with give our plants. Our entire team are plant obsessives at heart and so we go above and beyond to care for the plants we have in stock.
That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for.
Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
All our plants are stores and/or grown in our nursery under LED lighting so they are in active growth when arriving with you.
The conditions in our nursery are a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C year round.
