🌿 Plant Care Tips

Philodendron 'Ring of Fire', also known as 'Tiger Tooth', is a striking hybrid philodendron cherished for its unique, jagged-edged leaves. The foliage showcases a vibrant mix of colors, including shades of green, yellow, orange, and red, making it a standout in any indoor plant collection. Its dramatic and dynamic leaf patterns provide an exotic touch, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of indoor spaces.

Native to: Philodendron 'Ring of Fire' is a cultivated hybrid with parent species native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America.

Water: Water your Philodendron 'Ring of Fire' when the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry to the touch. Be cautious of overwatering, as both over- and under-watering can cause droopy leaves. Ensure the pot has good drainage to prevent waterlogging and root rot.

Light: This philodendron can tolerate low light conditions but thrives in medium to bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. A spot near an east or west-facing window with filtered light is ideal for promoting vibrant growth.

Humidity: Philodendron 'Ring of Fire' enjoys high humidity levels. Misting the plant every few days or using a humidifier can help maintain the necessary moisture in the air. This plant can thrive in typical household humidity but prefers levels above 60%.

Temperature: Maintain a warm environment for your Philodendron 'Ring of Fire', ideally between 18°C to 26°C. Protect the plant from cold drafts and avoid exposing it to temperatures below 15°C to prevent stress and potential damage.
