Order Fulfilment Assistant

Full-time | Upper Helmsley, Yorkshire

GrowTropicals is an award-winning UK-based online retailer of houseplants.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Assistant to support the daily fulfilment of orders. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched with care, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

You’ll work closely with the horticulture, warehouse, and customer service teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience from warehouse to customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking orders, ensuring to prioritise premium quality standards.
• Assist in preparing plants for dispatch.
• Packing orders securely and carefully, ensuring safe national delivery and premium presentation.
• Assist with processing incoming stock.
• Restock shelves and organise warehouse and retail areas to maintain efficient workflows and visual standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the warehouse environment.
• Follow operational procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality control.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player.
