Here's a full picture of the Philodendron Mamei that I purchased for myself as a birthday gift from my brother 😂 🎉🎉🎉 I re-potted him earlier today and he looks sooooo cool 😎 The silver on those leaves is so, so beautiful 👌 I've had a lovely day pottering about today in the sun. Ive treated my Hoya's for pests, I haven't actually seen any pests but thought it would be good as a precautionary measure. Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' is a stunning plant known for its vibrant purple foliage and trailing growth habit. It's a popular choice for adding a splash of color to indoor spaces and looks fantastic cascading from shelves or hanging baskets.

Native to: Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' is native to the Gulf Coast region of eastern Mexico, where it thrives in warm and humid environments.

Water: Water your Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' when the top 3 cm of soil is dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent root rot, as this plant prefers to be kept slightly on the drier side between waterings.

Light: This plant thrives in bright, indirect light. While it can tolerate lower light conditions, the purple coloration will be more vibrant and pronounced with sufficient light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Humidity: Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' does well in humidity levels of 60% to 80%. Maintaining this humidity range can be achieved by using a humidifier or placing the plant on a pebble tray with water. In most homes, especially during the growing season, ambient humidity should be adequate.

Temperature: Keep the temperature between 18°C and 24°C for optimal growth. This plant is sensitive to cold and should not be exposed to temperatures below 10°C. Consistent warmth will help maintain its vibrant colour and overall health.

All plants are shipped using express next day services with DPD, UPS, Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

We offer economy shipping (3-5 day dispatch) and standard delivery (1-3 day dispatch).

For guaranteed next day dispatch please selected Express shipping at checkout available at an additional cost.

All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pot unless otherwise stated.

Plant pot sizes can fluctuate +/- 1cm.

We recommend to always size up your decorative pot by 1-2cm larger than the stated plant pot size. For example if you are purchasing a 12cm plant, you should purchase a 14cm decorative pot to ensure it will fit correctly.

We pride ourselves on the love and care with give our plants. Our entire team are plant obsessives at heart and so we go above and beyond to care for the plants we have in stock.

That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for.

Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.

All our plants are stores and/or grown in our nursery under LED lighting so they are in active growth when arriving with you.

The conditions in our nursery are a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C year round.
