Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Sales Development

Build and nurture relationships with new and existing B2B customers

Proactively research, contact and follow up on new business leads
-
Support the development of proposals, pitches and partnership ideas
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a customer acquisition pipeline -
Track sales activity and help identify opportunities for growth
Business Growth & B2B Strategy
-
Assist with the scaling of GrowTropicals’ B2B offering across wholesale, trade and commercial partnerships
-
Identify and secure new business opportunities within horticulture, retail, design and lifestyle sectors
-
Help to develop and manage long-term strategic partnerships
Partnerships & Collaborations
-
Support with outreach to horticulture businesses, brands and creative partners
-
Shape collaboration concepts across installations, events and campaigns
-
Help to position GrowTropicals as a premium partner within the industry
Brand Collaboration
-
Represent GrowTropicals professionally within the horticulture and lifestyle sectors
-
Work closely with marketing, brand and operations teams
-
Contribute to ongoing business growth and innovation initiatives

Have strong sales and partnership experience

Have good knowledge of horticultural retail

What We Offer:

Salary: £25,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission. OTE: £35,000 - 40,000

28 days holiday, including bank holidays
