Delivery is free on all orders over £60.

Standard delivery is charged at £6.95 for all UK mainland orders shipped via DPD 24hr or Parcelforce express24.

Priority shipping is £8.95

Saturday delivery is £14.95.

Orders containing plants dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders not containing plants will also dispatch on Fridays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delays can occur at peak times or when weather conditions prevent shipment.

Orders placed with priority shipping will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm or otherwise the following day (not including Friday if the order contains plants).

Orders placed with Saturday delivery up to 12pm Friday, will ship on Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Friday.

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive (unless otherwise stated in the product description). This can be extended at peak times or when poor weather conditions restrict shipment.

Non UK mainland orders can take up to 5 days.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

UK mainland orders ship via DPD Local 24hr or Parcelforce express24 - you can select either during checkout. Once your order is confirmed and upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

Non UK mainland orders are only shipped via Parcelforce (or Royal Mail).

If you will not be home at the time of delivery you can use the DPD app to redirect your parcel to a local pickup point, or instruct the driver to leave the delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Parcelforce will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days.

Local collection is available from our warehouse at Unit C1, Burley Hill Trading Estate, Leeds, LS4 2PU. Collection is available between the hours of 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please be aware collection is not available outside of those times.
