Aglaonema 'Bamboo' is a rare cultivar. This plant is celebrated for its slender, lance-shaped leaves that exhibit a striking pattern reminiscent of bamboo foliage. The leaves typically display a rich green hue adorned with lighter green or silvery markings along the veins, contributing to its distinctive appearance. The plant's compact growth habit make it a great addition for any Aglaonema collector

Native to: Aglaonema species are native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia and New Guinea, where they thrive in humid, shaded forest habitats. ​

Water: Water Aglaonema 'Bamboo' when the top portion of the soil has dried out. It's important to avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root rot. During the winter months, reduce the frequency of watering, allowing the soil to dry out more between waterings. ​

Light: This plant thrives in bright, indirect light but is also tolerant of low-light conditions. However, exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided, as it can cause leaf burn. 

Humidity: Aglaonema 'Bamboo' prefers moderate to high humidity levels. If the indoor environment is dry, especially during winter, consider increasing humidity around the plant by placing it on a pebble tray filled with water or using a humidifier. ​

Temperature: Maintain indoor temperatures between 18°C and 26°C for optimal growth. Avoid exposing the plant to temperatures below 13°C, as it is sensitive to cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pot unless otherwise stated.

Plant pot sizes can fluctuate +/- 1cm.

We recommend to always size up your decorative pot by 1-2cm larger than the stated plant pot size. For example if you are purchasing a 12cm plant, you should purchase a 14cm decorative pot to ensure it will fit correctly.

We pride ourselves on the love and care with give our plants. Our entire team are plant obsessives at heart and so we go above and beyond to care for the plants we have in stock.

That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for.

Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.

All our plants are stores and/or grown in our nursery under LED lighting so they are in active growth when arriving with you.

The conditions in our nursery are a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C year round.
