Ecopots are 80% made from recycled plastic. Unlike the more common fiberclay pots, plastic pots have the advantage of being shock and shatter proof, easy movable and outstanding resistant against UV light and frost. Besides this there is another strong argument for using recycled pots: our oceans slowly but surely are becoming a giant plastic soup of discarded plastic bags, fishnets and PET bottles. Ecopots uses recycled plastics as material for all our pots and together with materials like recycled natural stone it gives our pots unique looks and characteristics.
In the Ecopots philosophy, durability is more than reusing or recycling materials. It’s also about designing and producing products that last. So Ecopots are not only sturdy, frost resistant and break-proof, but are also timeless in their design. Beautiful today, tomorrow and in ten years' time. Because they believe the most durable products are those products you don’t want – or have - to replace every year.
Ecopots follows the Scandinavian design philosophy. In short, this philosophy is about creating a calm and clutter free home as a counter balance to hectic and stressful daily lives. It is being characterized by clean and simple lines, minimalism and the use of natural colours and materials.
In November 2020, Ecopots, as the first brand in our sector, received both the CO2 Neutral company and CO2 Neutral Product certification.

All plants are shipped using express next day services with DPD, UPS, Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
We offer economy shipping (3-5 day dispatch) and standard delivery (1-3 day dispatch).

We pride ourselves on the love and care with give our plants. Our entire team are plant obsessives at heart and so we go above and beyond to care for the plants we have in stock.
That said, plants are living beings and may differ slightly from the photo provided unless otherwise stated. Small leaf imperfections may be present and won't be compensated for.
Some plants such as Begonia may suffer slight leaf melt when shipped. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about.
All our plants are stores and/or grown in our nursery under LED lighting so they are in active growth when arriving with you.
The conditions in our nursery are a minimum of 60% humidity and 19C year round.
