Use it by the handful in tabbouleh, salsa verde and gremolata, or scatter it over roasts and soups. \u003cem\u003ePetroselinum crispum\u003c\/em\u003e 'Gigante d’Italia' grows to about 45 cm and does as well in a deep pot as it does in the vegetable bed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSowing and growing\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSow indoors in modules March to April, or outdoors April to July; a July sowing gives leaves through autumn and into winter in a sheltered spot.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSow 1 cm deep.
