bella-minimalist-pot-hanger
Bella Minimalist Wire Plant Pot Hanger

Bella is a minimal plant pot hanger made from fine 1mm stainless steel wire rope, so the pot and plant appear to float in mid air. It is designed and made in West Cornwall by The Planted House in Penzance, who first made it for their Gold medal-winning exhibit at RHS Chelsea in 2022, and its look comes from the tensioned rigging of a sailing boat. Bella is a UK registered design.

How it works. Hang the top loop from a strong hook fixed securely into a ceiling or beam, then sit the pot centrally on the base ferrule and spread the wires evenly around it. The weight of the pot pulls the wires taut and holds it in place. Trailing stems can tumble through the gaps, and climbers such as hoyas can be trained to twist up the wires.

Choosing a length. Each hanger is a fixed length, measured from the top loop to the base ferrule: 40cm, 60cm or 90cm. The longer the hanger, the larger the pot it can hold and the lower the pot sits. Hanging two or three lengths together turns a row of plants into a group, and brings life to a blank wall or an empty corner.

Plants to pair it with. Choose one of our hanging houseplants or trailing plants, and a pot from our pots and planters.
