Each rosette of fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves starts soft pale green with a creamy-yellow heart, then blushes rose-red around the edges when it catches the sun. The effect is a living posy of pastel pinwheels, and this RHS Award of Garden Merit variety is deservedly popular.
